My blog is all about my struggle with my weight. I figured (not an intentional play on words) that if I blogged about my daily eating habits, exercise routine and any slip ups I have in total honesty this may keep me on track.

I've had a pretty bad year but I think the only way is up (or in my weight down hopefully) as I've hit the bottom.

So cheers to weight loss and prosperity!
